Monarch Crossbody Bag

$40.00
Description

Each fall, migrating monarch butterflies travel thousands of miles from their summer breeding grounds to locations where they will spend the winter. One of their stops along the way is Grand Canyon National Park. GCC funding supports the pollinator gardens on the South Rim that were installed to help increase the monarch butterfly population, which is at risk due to habitat loss, climate change, and pesticides. Park scientists conduct research and monitor the butterflies with the help of citizen scientists like you! To learn how you can participate, visit www.monarchjointventure.org
